Moving Equity from Concept to Reality
A highlight to 2023 was being on the planning and execution team for the 2023 Workforce Development Symposium with our like-minded partners - Chicagoland Workforce Funder Alliance, Chicago Jobs Council, The Innovation Nexus, Cook County Bureau of Economic Development, The Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership, and World Business Chicago.
Over 300 people from over 200 organizations registered for the event to exchange insights, collaborate, and showcase workforce development initiatives in Chicago. Together, we continue to share, learn, and connect so we can all help "move equity from concept to reality" so all Chicago area residents can have access to rewarding work with employers who embrace the benefits of truly inclusive employment practices.
