 About the Position: 

 

The Operations Intern will have these capstone projects from which to choose: 

  • Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) Accreditation survey preparation projects

  • Standardizing and cataloging Learning and Development materials on SharePoint

  • Developing a data dictionary for case management data system

  • Data optimization project management

  • Development and implementation of a supply chain inventory control process

  • Quality Improvement Committee projects

  • Researching quality improvement or performance management grant opportunities

  • Coordinating the development and collection of standard operating procedures for key areas

  • Developing SharePoint page for internal communications

 Time Commitment: 

30 hours per week, 8-weeks total

$15/hr compensation

 Location of Internship: 

100% Virtual

 Our Ideal Intern Exhibits: 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (collaboration, communication, receptiveness)

  • Technical proficiency, including software experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
